At UPES, we strive to cultivate an inclusive, gender-diverse environment that fosters the development and growth of women leaders.

Through the Shakti program, we aim to help women realise their potential, focus on their growth, and contribute to the nation. There are 5 modules to the program which are assisted by courses from Coursera and classroom sessions.
